• We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours and designs may vary slightly from images due to photography and display settings. Measurements are approximate.
• We do not allow the resale of our items for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• All matters relating to offers and agreements for the purchase of products shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. Order Process

• When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s) at the price stated. We will send an order confirmation once we accept your order. A contract is formed at that point.
• Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. We may contact you if we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order (e.g. stock issues or pricing errors) and will offer alternatives or a refund as appropriate.
• You must provide a valid email address and ensure your contact details are correct. Order confirmations and updates will be sent to that email.
• We require your delivery and billing address to process orders. You may use saved addresses if you have an account.

4. Payment

• Payment is taken at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown on our website, processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout unless you qualify for free delivery under our current offers.
• For security, the billing name and address should match the payment card. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that do not meet this requirement.
• We are unable to process VAT refunds for international customers. Import duties or taxes may apply in your country and are your responsibility.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within the UK and internationally. Delivery charges and times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the option selected.
• Free delivery may apply to orders over a certain threshold as stated on our website. Offers may exclude some areas or international destinations.
• We will dispatch your order as soon as reasonably possible. You will receive notification when your order has been shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we may refund the product cost only; re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

6. Cancellation and Returns

• You may cancel your order before dispatch. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to the item being unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Some items (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive products) may be exempt from the right to return. We will indicate this where applicable.
• To return an item, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable service.

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are made to the original payment method.
• If you cancel before dispatch or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you within a few business days.
• We do not refund the cost of outward delivery unless the product is faulty or we have made an error. Return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

8. Pricing and Availability

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products without notice.
• We strive to display correct prices. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect (lower) price.
• Promotional offers, discount codes and free delivery thresholds are subject to their specific terms and may exclude certain products or regions.
